    Apparently he’s a superior version of Kain so long as enemy has no wind resist. I got his 35 off a ticket but my dilemma is I have no way to level his 15 or 35. Got 8 stones but wanna save for zack/layle/Laguna/Lilisette/Jecht/Kefka depending on how draws go. So unless tickets are mad generous he’s a future project for me.
